Job Description
Reporting into the Lead TA, your responsibilities will include :
- Recruiting for IT Positions for various geographies
- Manpower Planning and candidate mapping across markets and technologies
- Drive process adherence and capturing of all relevant information on the recruitment system
- Manage the candidate experience and ensure seamless interaction
- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organisation and create a strong succession planning pool
- Identify and engage with recruitment partners, negotiate terms of service and alignment with the organisation’s policy
The Successful Applicant
You come with 5-8 years of strong experience in recruitment candidate assessments, fitment analysis, on-boarding and use of technology platforms in the talent acquisition space
You should have experience in IT Hiring and hired across geographies
You should have hired and worked with leadership in your organisation
